In 1947, my dad, Austin Cox, Sr. began a one-man plumbing business. Values of honesty and integrity were inherent in this family-owned company. He created a reputation of dependability one home at a time, one family at a time and one job at a time. For more than 60 years, Austin Cox Mechanical, Inc. has continued to grow with the needs of Delmarva’s Eastern Shore communities.

Today, as president, I am proud to be part of a great heritage of integrity, service, quality, and safety. Austin Cox Mechanical is a full-service contractor with skilled tradesmen offering plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, installation, service and repair to residential customers and to small and large commercial businesses.

Even with the expansion of the company, and as we celebrate our 60th anniversary, it is important to me that we keep the atmosphere as it has always been – a family owned business with others’ interests always foremost.
